Our regular weekly schedule at Mary Mother of the Church, 58 Edgar Street, Macquarie Fields:

What to expect when you visit
Visiting a new church can feel daunting. Here is what a Sunday with us actually looks like:

Arrive a few minutes early
Come as you are — there is no dress code. Enter through the main doors and take a seat anywhere you feel comfortable. Someone will usually be there to greet you.

Mass lasts about an hour
We listen to the Scriptures, pray together, and share in the Eucharist. Everything you need to follow along is provided. If you are not Catholic or not receiving Communion, you are welcome to remain seated or come forward for a blessing.

Stay and say hello
After Mass, many parishioners stay to chat and catch up. It is the best way to meet people — and we would love to meet you.

Children are welcome
Families with young children are a gift to our parish, not a distraction. Please do not worry about little voices — your family belongs here.
